二 | 如何盘活山地资源，跳出低效益农耕模式，成为当地亟待破解的发展难题。　　立足本地光照充足、昼夜温差大、山地透气性好的自然禀赋，2017年起，三合村以敏慧家庭农场为示范，大胆试种红花中药材，摸索适配旱塬“靠天吃饭”条件的种植路子。村党支部书记戴敏慧介绍，红花种植门槛低、管护简单、投入可控，与当地山地条件高度契合。当地出产的红花有效成分含量优于其他产区，市场销路稳定，是实实在在的富民好产业。

三 | 红花播种到采收周期约五个月，仅花期需要集中用工，不与其他农事冲突，普通农户都能参与进来。　　在示范基地带动下，三合村告别零散种植，连片打造标准化中药材基地，辐射周边多个村民小组。目前全村红花、板蓝根种植规模达3000余亩，带动89户农户发展中药材产业，形成“主体牵头、农户联动、连片发展”的产业格局。　　产业转型，带来看得见的增收变化。村民胡耀宗已有四年红花种植经历，往年48亩耕地种杂粮，全家年收入仅三四万元。今年他把家中46亩土地改种红花，只留少量土地自给。相较传统杂粮，中药材亩均收益大幅提升，种地薄利的局面得到彻底扭转。　　中药材产业既鼓励农户自主种植，也为留守老人、妇女等创造家门口的务工岗位。红花采收期务工强度低、上手快，务工人员每日收入可达120至200元，两个月采收期务工群众可增收6000元至7000元。

四 | 基地推行统一供种、统一管护、统一收购联农模式，种子循环利用，成熟药材兜底收购，打消群众种植销售后顾之忧。　　伴随着中药材产业规模化推进，三合村人均纯收入从过去7000余元提升至1.6万余元。昔日贫瘠旱坡地，蜕变为富民兴业的“聚宝田”。小小红花扎根六盘山旱塬，充分激活土地与人力资源，为干旱山区推进乡村全面振兴注入源源不断的特色动能。
